As a FitInfluencer, Cassandra Fitter created a powerful platform that empowers you to live your best life through fitness, self-love, and healthy living. I caught up with Cassandra as we discussed her love for fitness, her typical work-out day, the responsibility of being an influencer, and the importance of self-care.
What inspired you to become a FitInfluencer?
CF: “Growing up I always loved making others feel good about themselves. Later in life this along with overcoming my own fitness challenges led to me living out a purpose driven journey to empowering others to become the very best version of themselves. Becoming the best you through a fitter lifestyle to me means becoming more fit in every way possible. This includes strengthening your faith no matter what beliefs you may have, becoming stronger mentally with a positive mindset, eating healthy foods to fuel up properly and of course by growing through physical fitness to sculpt your dream body.”
What is a typical workout day for you like?
CF: My Typical Workout of the Day would include HIIT cardio that’s my absolute favorite! Always change up the speeds and intervals at which you run or walk and see how your results change too. It’s a game changer for sure!
I lift weights according to which body part I feel needs some extra love that day. Some people plan it out ahead of time, I figure it out once I arrive to the gym. I like to listen to my body and let it tell me what muscle group to train. I focus on specific body parts each time so either shoulders and triceps or back and biceps. Legs and glutes I usually work 2 times a week. My favorite to train used to be shoulders but now it’s probably glutes, I enjoy growing my booty naturally!

Single Leg Glute Bride 4 sets 20 reps
Barbell Squat: 3 sets 12 reps
Side to Side Walking with Resistance Booty Band: 4 sets 20 reps or steps each leg
What do you love most about your workspace and running a creative business?
CF: I love the freedom that working from my phone & laptop allows me to have. My favorite hobby growing up was arts and crafts, favorite class naturally was Honors Art. So it makes sense that I grew up to work in a creatively driven business right?! Expressing oneself through creativity is a beautiful thing. So I’m blessed to be able to do something I enjoy so much, as I hope everyone reading this does too!
What are some self-care ways that you live your best life?
CF: “My Clarisonic is my go to for clear skin, along with good quality beauty products to make me feel my best, and put my best foot forward!
I meditate occasionally for stress relief and relaxation. Repeating positive affirmations to encourage that “extra” kick of self confidence usually does the trick. Making sure to take “me time” is uber important because there’s so much power in tuning out of the sometimes chaotic world we live in and tuning in to enjoy peaceful time to reflect and reevaluate yourself; along with your goals to make sure you remain happy as can be.”
Any advice for people who don’t really like working out and ways to become more consistent with exercise?
CF: “Learn to motivate yourself by envisioning how great it would feel to live a fitter life. Really think about how being more confident in yourself would positively impact your life, and let that light a fire under your tush.
Sometimes when even I’m lacking motivation I’ll get pumped by listening to a motivational gym music tracks on YouTube, some great tunes usually do the trick.”
What has fitness and making healthy choices taught you about yourself?
CF: “It has taught me that I am in control of what I put in my body, to feed it the proper nutrients it deserves to function at its very best. The better I eat, the better I feel. Fitness has always brought with it new and exciting challenges to always keep me on my toes ready to smash the next goals and become even better than the day before.”
What is your definition of success?
CF: “Being happy and passionate about what you do, so that you don’t have to work a day in your life. Success to me means so many different things but ultimately it comes down to happiness. If you live a happy life no matter how much or how little you have, success is yours already. Of course being proud of your accomplishments, along with reaching a certain level of financial freedom is also the cherry on top to success.”
If you were given three more hours in a day, what would you do with them?
CF: “Read a few hours a day just like Warren Buffett does to become better and much wiser in all that I do.”
What does your usual diet consist of?
CF: “I LOVE sushi, fish, lots of veggies. I do not eat heavy red meats, I encourage others to steer clear of them too, for the sake of their health. I’ll have a little lean meat like chicken or turkey. Lots of water, no soda, or sugary drinks. I like to keep it healthy with an occasional taste of dessert or a cheat meal here and there. I believe in balance.”
What’s the best advice you have for someone who wants a better fitness life?
CF: “If you want something go after it, don’t stop no matter what anyone tells you. Start to level up with the correct mindset first, then become unstoppable in the gym. You can never educate yourself too much. Continue to teach yourself about health and fitness as you go, that’s how I did it all these years.
Mix things up, don’t let your routine get too boring, learn to have fun and enjoy the journey.”
