About Oprah “Zip” Bradford

Welcome to my website! I am Oprah “Zip” Bradford, but I’m known to most by my pen name “Zip”! I am just a normal ole gal from the small town of Covington, Louisiana. I am the author of ten books, a full time blogger, the creator of the empowerment platforms OprahZipBradford.com, The Come-Up & The Single Woman’s Plug. I also created the hashtag #ZipPost on Facebook which spreads my empowerment messages around the world. My mission is to empower millennials like me and the next generation who will fill the shoes that my leaders and I will leave behind. Before I became a blogger two years ago, I had a career writing books which includes my bestsellers Not Your Average Joe, I’m a Bad Christian, and Finding Solace. My second passion is being a spokeswoman for single women encouraging them to stay content in their singlehood. The Single Woman ‘s Plug brand and book was created by me displaying daily messages of encouragement. My blog is about diversity, awareness, and spreading positive vibes everywhere. In my spare time, I like to read, kick it with my family and friends, and travel.
