I love when I meet young women who make a difference by impacting and blessing others. As the upcoming book “She is Strong” is being written and released next year by Mykel Trent and I, we will be featuring women who make a difference in their communities, empowering women, and spreading awareness on and off social media. When I thought of this weekly feature, my first choice was the lovely Alexus Mosley who is also from my hometown :).

Meet Alexus Mosley, a twenty year old native of Covington, LA. She is currently a Mass Communication/PR student at Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA with hopes of becoming a Political Communications Director. Her favorite bible verse is Luke 1:45 :

“Blessed is she who believed the Lord would fulfill his promises to her.”

She currently has a Youtube channel with her childhood best friends Kailynn Roberson & Brooke Reimonenq where they share “tea talks” and other random moments in our lives. They call themselves “[x BS]”

Alexus is currently working on the launch of her Youtube channel & the relaunch of her new & improved beauty & lifestyle blog, alexusmosley.com.

Both will feature hair and makeup tutorials, and many other things she enjoys and is passionate about. You can look forward to both of those projects in January 2016.
