Hey yall,
I hope everyone that’s reading this is doing well and I hope that you’re hanging in there. Life can be hard, and its not fair at all. We have no choice but to make the best of it, even when it hurts or when we don’t have control of the situation. All of us are going through some kind of “battle” in life. The battlefield ain’t no joke. It grips you. It worries you. It grieves you. The feeling of being tested by God never feels good in the beginning, but its always a lesson behind it that changes us into a different and better person. This is the stage no one talks about. The stage where you feel like no one understands what you’re going through. The stage where you’re focused on a certain goal, but can’t complete it because the enemy is coming at you left and right. You automatically feel “different”.
Notice I use the word “different”. We are all different, beautiful, and unique. That’s what makes the world. But as beautiful as we are…we are still flawed. As humans, certain things (and people) may trigger us to cause destruction. When God is trying to reveal things to you, trust in his blood…frfr. And don’t ignore your gut…you’re not crazy or overthinking. That is your intuition speaking to you.
It’s a battle out here. You have to stay encouraged. Sometimes, you have to encourage yourself whether it’s a personal battle, family battle , financial battle, or spiritual battle. I just recently purchased a new journal with Proverbs 31:25 on the cover. I haven’t written in it yet, but this journal will be for my thoughts, talks with God, and my goals I’m praying about this year.
“She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come.” – Proverbs 31:25
As for me, life is steady and I’ve been working to get things in order. I don’t have it all together, but I will get there! As I mentioned in one of my blogs before, I’m involved in a book club and we have our next meeting Sunday. I’ll be sure to tell you guys how it goes in my next blog and also share the last book club meeting highlights which I promised yall! To my readers and supporters, I love you and I appreciate you always supporting my brand and website. I know its been a minute since I posted, but don’t think I forget about the love and gratitude when I get feedback from the ones who follow my journey and who is rooting for me. I really do appreciate it!
Until next time,
Zip.
